Following last week’s epic presence at Mobile World Congress, our team has been nursing jetlag and recovering from the biggest event of the year. Each time we participate we continue to be amazed at the scale and quality of this event and 2015 was no exception. The final tally? 93,000+ attendees and 2100+ exhibiting companies were the final numbers that GSMA posted in theirhighlight article.
Our team also attended two events happening in tandem with Mobile World Congress. Glenn Kiladis, SVP, New Media Solutions, had the pleasure of moderating a panel on Emerging Trends in Mobile at the Mobile Media Summit. Additionally, we attended the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) event, Innovation in Mobile. Both “events within an event” were extremely worthwhile and we enjoyed connecting with these smaller communities within the mobile industry.
At the end of the show our pockets were full of business cards from valuable onsite conversations and informal meetings held at the fabulous networking events thrown by our partners such as MoPub, Twitter, Chartboost, Adjust, Airpush, etc. We have never met a photobooth we didn’t like, the evidence of which can be seen in our fun wrap up video below.
